Going SoLoMo – banking embraces social media
Shaygan Kheradpir was appointed chief operating officer of retail and business banking for Barclays in January 2011. Prior to that, he was executive vice-president and chief information and technical officer for Verizon Corporation. Kheradpir is a member of the board of the US National Institute of Standards and Technology.
