CDC managing director Chris Mendrop said the combination of both companies will broaden CDC’s range of services and target industries which will now include alternative energy and enable an even higher level of service to clients.
"CDC is a registered broker dealer with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC. Our business model draws on the expertise of C level advisors and industry experts who can consult with us on engagement opportunities and assures optimum value-added services to our clients," Mendrop said.
"CDC provides merger & acquisition and debt & equity advisement to smaller middle market clients, addressing a gap in available investment banking services in the Rocky Mountain Region."
CDC said that the company will continue to headquarter in Colorado Springs, and will establish a registered branch office in the Denver Metro area in the near future.
