North American Property Preservation (NAPP), a full service distressed property preservation and management company, has merged with The Property Preservation People. Leveraging the strengths of both the firms, the combined entity is expected to offer services in multiple US markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, the combined entity will begin joint operations under the name – North American Property Preservation, effective immediately. It has been reported that all employees of The Property Preservation People (PPP) have accepted positions with the new combined entity.
