Mambu, a software-as-a-service cloud banking platform, has forged an alliance with fintech firm Ardeco to enhance digital banking services across the Americas.

The collaboration aims to combine Ardeco’s regional expertise with Mambu’s core banking platform, facilitating financial institutions to provide digital financial services.

Ardeco, known for its digital financial services, offers a Global Banking Platform and Bank-in-a-Box solutions and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) infrastructure.

With this new partnership, Ardeco will serve as a partner for Mambu across the Americas.

The services offered will include the implementation of Mambu’s core banking, deposit capabilities, and lending, combined with Ardeco’s digital interface.

Ardeco CEO John Cetina said: “This collaboration enables us to provide innovative financial solutions to clients, helping them generate new BaaS revenue, modernise outdated technology, streamline international banking connectivity, and promote innovation on a larger scale.

“We’re confident that together, we’ll shape the future of many small and mid-sized financial institutions across the region.”

The collaboration will also focus on compliance and localised integration expertise, adapting banking solutions to the regulatory and operational variations found throughout Latin America and North America.

The BaaS model will enable institutions to introduce new income streams and offer multi-country accounts through a cloud-native composable core system, supported by Ardeco’s platform.

Furthermore, the partnership will facilitate co-branded sessions and workshops, aimed at increasing the understanding and adoption of cloud-native, composable banking models among financial institutions.

Mambu Americas CEO David Florez stated:

“As financial institutions and fintechs across the Americas strive to innovate and put customers at the heart of their services, our partnership with Ardeco symbolises a leap forward—combining technical agility with trusted local expertise.

“Together, we’re empowering organisations to launch new banking products faster, more efficiently, and with greater impact than ever before.”
