The pre-paid medical card is claimed to be the first of its kind in Poland. With the new Damian Plus card, customer of Damian Medical Center will be able to pay for medical services in an easy and secure way. The card has been developed to meet the needs of both retail and corporate customers.
All transactions of the card are authorized with a signature of the cardholder, which significantly enhances the security of the card. No personal identification number is needed to complete a transaction, which makes the card even more comfortable to use.
Piotr Lipinski, head of cards products at Citi Handlowy, said: In 2007 our strategy focused on ways in which we could offer our customers innovative and prestigious products. Citi Handlowy is the market leader in pre-paid cards, but we are still working on new solutions. The first medical pre-paid card in the Polish market is a clear example of the implementation of this strategy in 2008.
