TSYS said the center will provide bi-lingual (French and English) customer care services, as well as risk and fraud support, dispute and chargeback servicing, collections, back-office work and various other managed services for its Canadian client base.

The new Canadian center is the latest addition to US-based TSYS’ global operations. TSYS currently operates financial services support centers in the UK, the Netherlands, Jamaica, the Philippines and the United States.

TSYS offers merchant payment-acceptance solutions as well as services in credit, debit, prepaid, mobile, chip, healthcare, installments, money transfer and more. It supports cross-border payments in over 85 countries.
