Replacing over 40 legacy systems, the new platform enables the bank to quickly roll out new product and services, and allows determining prices of different products & services based on the overall relationship.

Enabling to operate on a centralized scalable platform, Oracle Flexcube assists Mashreq in improving the response time for customers at ATMs, and enhance the experience at net-banking, as reported by Finextra.

Following adoption of the new technologies, the bank’s existing and new customers have increased their online transaction due to better customer services.

Mashreq Bank selected Oracle Flexcube in 2010 against T24 from Temenos, Finacle from Infosys and Intellect from Polaris.

The technology was first implemented in Qatar in 2011, in UAE in November 2012, and in Kuwait and Bahrain in March 2013, and will be live in Egypt during the second half of 2013.
