The US based wealth manager serves 185,000 members across the US and the latest technology upgrade will facilitate its members a single user experience from their banking and bill pay services.

According to the solution provider, both solutions accurately assimilated with the credit union’s Symitar core solution.

Lake Michigan Credit Union corporate services group, cio and svp Razi Qadri said converting to a new system of any kind was probably the largest, most complex project a financial institution can undertake, and with it comes many challenges.

"From past experiences of converting other systems and knowing what can potentially happen, we didn’t anticipate that it would go as smoothly as it did. ORCC truly has the best implementation team," Qadri added.

The credit union claims that the implementation of the new technology will improve its operational efficiencies with improved configuration and administration process.

ORCC digital banking and bill payment services offers firms with higher electronic rates, faster payment speed and a consistent payment process for its clients and their end users.
