Wachovia, a Wells Fargo company, has introduced Mobile CyberInquiry service to its correspondent banking customers, providing mobile access to their account information.
Reportedly, with this expanded service, global financial institutions can view real time balances, account postings and transaction details with mobile devices. The bank has said that the new service is available to correspondent banking customers using Wachovia’s CyberInquiry service to view their account information online.
George Doolittle, group head of global payment services, Wachovia, said: “Mobile CyberInquiry service demonstrates our continued commitment to ensuring our correspondent banking customers have anywhere@anytime access to important account information. To better serve their own customers, we know our correspondent banking customers need to make decisions instantly – whether they’re in their office or on the road. This gives them the flexibility to safely obtain account information and notifications, without having to be at their office or computer.”
