Baiduri Bank, a Brunei-based financial services provider, has unveiled a new version of its Personal Internet Banking (PIB) service – reported The Paypers.
Reportedly, the bank’s latest I-Banking service offers customers with a centralised view of their online accounts, allowing them to have a glimpse of their recent transactions and download the information either in PDF format or import it directly to their accounting software.
Customers can also perform credit card and other types of bill payment transactions from their online accounts directly. Furthermore, they can create shortcuts to frequently-used transaction types, top up their mobile phones online and access a direct e-mail channel to the bank’s customer centre, reported the news source for the payments industry.
