Cantor Fitzgerald, a global financial services firm, has announced five key hires in its Leveraged Finance: High Yield & Distressed team in Europe.

Reportedly, Stuart Levett, James Franz, Robert Hartman, Jack Czarnota, and Imran Khan join a growing group of US based professionals in response to client interest and demand for broader product and service penetration across asset classes in the European marketplace. The new members of Cantor’s team will be based in the London offices.

James Franz joins as managing director and head of European high yield and distressed business. Jack Czarnota joins as managing director from Citigroup in London. Stuart Levett joins as managing director from the Credit Suisse distressed trading group in London.

Imran Khan joins Cantor Fitzgerald from Goldman Sachs where he was recently a buy-side trader in the European special situations group. Robert Hartman joins Cantor with over 28 years of experience in non-investment grade credit markets globally, he was a partner and leveraged credit portfolio manager at Picus Capital Management in Mayfair.
