Metavante Technologies, a provider of prepaid and debit card outsourcing in Europe, has announced the first live implementation of MasterCard rePower, the point-of-sale reload service for MasterCard and Maestroprepaid cards in Europe.
MasterCard rePower leverages the extensive MasterCard merchant infrastructure through its acquiring partners to deliver a European network of top-up locations for prepaid MasterCard and Maestro cards.
The compnay has said that it has been working closely with MasterCard to complete the implementation which will service Advanced Payment Solutions’ (APS) range of prepaid card programmes.APS, a European prepaid card provider, outsources the processing of all of its card programmes to Metavante.
