Online Resources, a provider of online financial services, has announced that iQ Credit Union will convert to its customised online banking services.

iQ Credit Union, an Online Resources’s long-standing bill payment client, serves educators, businesses and other residents of the state of Washington.

Online Resources said that iQ Credit Union is expanding to Command Retail Internet Banking which is customised by the credit union for its members and hosted by Online Resources.

Online Resources also said that this service provides the credit union the flexibility to perform interface customisation without the high cost associated with professional services and fixed systems operations. It also includes Mobile Banking, a full-featured, secure application that also integrates with the credit union’s bill payments service.

iQ Credit Union is also expanding its services for business members with the launch of Command Business Banking. This service includes all the necessary features that will enable business members to conveniently manage their finances online.
