The private equity fund services business of JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services has been appointed by Marshall Capital Partners, a Russian private equity firm, to provide private equity fund administration.
Marshall Capital, whose investors include Russian institutional and international investors, has $2.5 billion of assets under management.
Marshall Capital is an existing client of JPMorgan Treasury & Securities Services which provides escrow and global cash management services for the firm.
