Virginia Heritage Bank has selected Credit Management Solutions’s Origenate credit processing system to support its direct and indirect consumer lending operations.
Credit Management Solutions (CMSI) said that Origenate automates the entire credit origination process, from application through decisioning, underwriting and contract administration and is integrated with a wide spectrum of data and functionality from credit reporting, consumer and vehicle information, decision support and servicing system suppliers.
Origenate also supports indirect vehicle lending through integration with dealer-to-lender communication capabilities from DealerTrack, RouteOne, and other auto loan aggregators, added CMSI.
Richard Johnson, chief consumer lending officer of Virginia Heritage, said: Virginia Heritage chose to implement Origenate in planned stages. CMSI’s team is great to work with and we were able to become operational within a few weeks, we used the Xpress version of Origenate. Then we focused on implementing CMSI’s complete solution, configured to the bank’s requirements, in a controlled manner that follows Virginia Heritage’s desired timetable.
