The service will be made available through AP Technology, facilitating business owners to make and manage payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week from their computers, said the firm.
AP Technology claims that the users can make payments in more than 135 currencies, check real-time exchange rates and fees, and receive live customer support.
The e-payment platform offers payers to lock in exchange rates and gives payees certainty on the precise amount expected, Western Union said.
AP Technology business development svp Donovan Perkins said the firm sees a high level of compatibility between the growth and direction of the Western Union Business Solutions’ global payments platform and AP Technology’s expanding suite of secure payment solutions.
"This service provides any business an easy and convenient way to manage their international payments and foreign currency purchases," Perkins added.
The Western Union Company, together with its Vigo, Orlandi Valuta, Pago Facil and Western Union Business Solutions branded payment services, offers consumers and businesses with fast, reliable and convenient ways to send and receive money around the world.
