Gross will be responsible for institutional sales and business development on the West coast of the US

Based in Colorado, he will report to Frank Saeli, global head of sales and relationship management.

Gross joined from Janus Capital Group, where he spent more than five years in the sales organization, most recently as vice president of institutional sales responsible for new business development in the western US for Janus, Intech and Perkins.

Saeli said Chad brings excellent work experience and character to the team. His qualifications are a great fit for the firm as it seek to expand the institutional sales presence in the Western part of the US.
