In addition to the Cleartouch bank platform for account processing, First Federal selected an integrated suite of solutions from Fiserv, including modules from EFT Solutions, Branch Source Capture, Item and Statement processing, Prologue General Ledger and the iVue for Cleartouch, a business intelligence solution.
The future plans include the implementation of Retail Online, for Internet banking, and CheckFree RXP for bill payment.
Fiserv said that the Cleartouch’ real-time processing capabilities allow clients to enhance customer service, streamline processes and control costs, fight fraud, and meet growing customer expectations for immediate access to funds and information.
