The deal was negotiated by Duke Street partner Miles Cresswell-Turner and investment director Kate Mullord.

UK Wealth Management (UKWM) currently has 38 advisers across five advisory firms within the group, plus an asset management company and pension administration companies.

The firm has five offices in the North of England located in Pontefract, Macclesfield, Leeds, Rugby and York.

Duke Street plans to use UKWM as a platform to build up £10bn of assets under advice through acquisition of small and medium-sized IFAs firms over the next five years.
