The service includes wealth management and investment banking for the management of private wealth and businesses, financing solutions, merger & acquisitions advisory, capital increases, initial public offerings and direct access to all capital markets.
Galeazzo Pecori Giraldi has been appointed as head of private investment banking and will oversee executives covering Europe and the Middle East.
Giraldi joined Societe Generale in 2010 as deputy chairman of the investment banking committee, a role he will retain in parallel with his appointment at Private Investment Banking.
He was previously CEO of Morgan Stanley in Italy and Switzerland and deputy chairman of Europe.
