
The new service called CEPTETEB, which incorporates a slick design and improved features, has been designed and developed by TEB’s mobile banking partner Monitise and is offered for iPhone and Android.
With the updated app experience, the bank’s customers can remotely access various transactions through the new and improved interface.
CEPTETEB mobile banking has core banking features and also includes functionality such as a simplified authentication process, which enables live-chat with customer service representatives, and a QR wallet with three functions.
Users can also open a CEPTETEB account with the new mobile banking solution.
The ‘smart search’ feature powered with a recommendation algorithm is available with CEPTETEB and allows users to find and perform new and previous transactions.
A single dashboard will help users to change their preferences including profile information, account limits, and setting default cards for international use.
TEB Retail and Private Banking Group assistant general manager Gökhan Mendi said: "As a part of the technology revolution, smartphones, tablets and wearables have changed customer behaviour.
"We need to adapt to these changing customer needs and offer a digital banking service that suits their ultra-connected lifestyles."
