In this position he will be responsible for leadership of the global marketing and product marketing organizations in addition to maintaining his current leadership of global supplier relations (GSR) and travel partner network (TPN).

Lisa Durocher, who preceded Qualantone as head of global marketing and product management, has taken on a new position within the enterprise growth group of American Express Company.

In her new role, Durocher will lead online and mobile product strategy and management for developed markets.

Qualantone’s tenure with American Express began 22-years ago in Finance. For the past 15 years, he has held various positions in GBT, including leadership of the Service Delivery On-sites, Latin America operations and Global Distribution Strategy.

Qualantone has led GSR and TPN, and under his leadership, GSR has enhanced overall content access, increased its focus and coordination on client acquisition and retention efforts, enhanced client value via the preferred eXtras programs, and supported various technology and product opportunities.

Enterprise Growth is a new business group focused on developing the global strategy to expand mobile and alternative online payments services, form new partnerships and build new revenue streams beyond the traditional card and travel businesses.
