AI-native wealth management platform ARQA has introduced a new module called AI Workflows, designed for streamlining wealth management activities.

The new module allows financial professionals to automate complex tasks by using AI agents that understand natural language commands and carry out actions across different platforms.

The company stated that although technology adoption is increasing, many wealth management procedures remain manual, resulting in inefficiencies and restricted scalability.

The AI Workflows module addresses these challenges by automating repetitive tasks, allowing real-time decision-making, and enhancing process efficiency.

Designed for enterprise use, AI Workflows serves as a bridge across data silos and operational systems.

The company said that financial professionals can use conversational commands to interact with data and carry out multi-step actions across a variety of platforms within seconds. The modular design allows integration into existing infrastructure or as a standalone solution.

ARQA co-founder Pete DiLorenzo said: “We built Workflows as the connective layer—not another silo.

“It’s platform agnostic by design and orchestrates processes end-to-end through simple natural-language prompts.”

Each module uses AI agents to interpret plain-language instructions and manage processes across connected applications such as CRM systems, custodians, and document repositories.

Human oversight remains integral, giving teams the ability to set parameters, review actions, and approve automation before it goes live. After deployment, workflows can be scheduled as needed, and analytics are included for monitoring performance and refining processes over time.

Frequently used processes can also be accessed quickly through custom shortcuts.

According to ARQA, the new module’s early adoption among large enterprises has yielded significant results.

ARQA CEO and co-founder Haik Sahakyan said: “Workflows takes AI beyond analysis and into execution.

“It redefines the role of AI in wealth management—not as an add-on, but as the engine powering smarter, faster operations. The real value of AI lies in execution, where it manages the routine so firms can focus on clients.”
