A partner at Arsenal and co-head of the firm’s Specialty Industrials John Televantos said that the acquisition of Fluoro-Seal builds on Arsenal’s portfolio and established expertise in the Specialty Chemicals and Materials sectors.

Fluoro-Seal Holdings, a provider of unique plastic barrier, adhesion and surface enhancement products and services as well as manufacturer of value-added materials currently operates 15 plants in the US and an additional seven international sites through joint ventures or licenses.

Arsenal Capital invests in middle-market specialty industrial, healthcare and financial services companies and currently has $800m of committed equity capital.
