eLynx said that it has commenced the work of introducing best practices for high electronic adoption in loan fulfillment to the lender’s staff.
According to the eLynx, starting in the second quarter, the lender will begin to take full advantage of its end-to-end document delivery solutions, electronic signature capability, and multi-lien fraud alerts along with the integrated settlement agent management system and electronic HUD approval workspace.
Bank of Oklahoma Mortgage will deploy all of eLynx’s services, including the its total fulfillment/print and mail service.
Bank of Oklahoma Mortgage president Ben Cowen said that eLynx was the best provider that had the technology bank needed to take mortgage lending business where it wanted to go.
