Gila Group will handle the collection of all delinquent loans and negative share draft accounts beginning with accounts classified as early as five days delinquent until charged off by management of the Credit Union. In addition, accounts under 60 days delinquent shall be worked on Gila’s I3 Dialer as mutually agreed upon to help control delinquency levels.
