Under the deal, BNY Mellon Corporate Trust will provide a variety of services for the two trusts, including processing principal and interest payments and maintaining bondholder records.
BNY Mellon said that the proceeds were used to partially finance the acquisition of the Scotia Plaza complex in Toronto.
