Expected completion for the Brentwood Bank space is June 2015 and the Bank is now in the process of submitting the paperwork for all necessary regulatory approvals.
The Crossings at South Fayette will feature an Aldi market, and is also expected to include Starbucks, Chipotle Mexican Grille and Jimmy John’s gourmet sandwich shop as tenants. A small strip center next to Aldi will house the Brentwood Bank branch, Jimmy John’s and three other retail tenants.
"Brentwood Bank has experienced consistent growth and our customer base has expanded throughout the South Hills," said Tom Bailey, president and CEO of Brentwood Bank. "The fast-growing areas of South Fayette and Bridgeville represent the perfect growth opportunity for the Bank. We have been considering a new office for several years and chose the Bridgeville market based upon the demographic similarities to those of our existing customers. We believe that Bridgeville and South Fayette residents and businesses will appreciate Brentwood Bank’s relationship style of doing business."
With 2,800 square feet of space, the Brentwood Bank branch will feature a full service retail office with a drive through window and ATM. Brentwood will begin the design phase for the branch this month.
"We plan to design an office based around the Universal Associate/Banker model, where all employees are able to help customers with any financial issues, from those currently handled by tellers, such as cashing a check and taking deposits, to those functions currently handled by customer service representatives or managers, like taking a loan application, opening accounts or consulting about retirement options," said Bailey. "As the industry moves toward having customers doing less transactions at branch offices and looking more for financial advice, Brentwood Bank will staff this office with team members who can meet all of these needs."
The new branch office will also feature a more customer-focused layout and state of the art technology to assist both customers and bankers in creating a more interactive banking experience.
