Mr O’Grady previously was MD of sales and trading at Blaylock Robert Van, where he managed an equity sales team. Prior to joining Blaylock, he held management and sales roles with Ormes Capital Markets, BA Securities (a Bank of America company), BT Securities Corporation, UBS Securities, Drexel Burnham Lambert, Paine Webber and Merrill Lynch.
