Citi said that the new service center will provide automated deposits machine availability, access to Citiphone and continuous ATM services. It will also enable clients to open and manage their accounts, pay public and private services bills, as well as Citibank products.

Customers can also benefit from the international money orders service, and the availability of financial advisors to support them in making investment transactions.

The Rionegro branch is scheduled to open on 18 February.

With the addition of three openings, Citi Colombia increases its distribution network to 48 branches, 12 mini branches and 18 offices at work. In addition, there are currently 27 Citi Express centers in operation, which are part of the 130 that are planned to begin operation in April 2011.

Citibank Colombia president Bernardo Norena said that the expansion of Citibank Colombia’s branches network stems from the commitment to stay closer to clients. The bank is constantly investing in the opening of new service centers and in the development of new technologies that enable clients to stay in touch with us.
