The Tannery Brook team will complement Cortview’s structured products sales, trading and banking team.
Tannery Brook founder Bill Green, formerly head of the commercial real estate business at Wachovia Securities, will head Cortview’s newly-created Commercial Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets platform (CREF).
In addition to Green, the other founding partners of Tannery Brook — Bill Cohane, Chuck Wolter, Christopher Troutman and Brett Smith — have joined Cortview and will spearhead the new CREF group.
Green will head the group and will report to Bill Cameron, head of Structured Products at Cortview.
