Credit Suisse has launched the CSA Mixta-BVG Index 45 via its investment foundation, thus making it an institution in Switzerland to offer an indexed investment solution for private investors in pensions.
Reportedly, the new indexed investment group is the result of a collaboration between the Credit Suisse Privilegia Pillar 3 pension foundation, the Credit Suisse foundation for vested pension benefits, the Credit Suisse investment foundation, and Credit Suisse asset management.
The bank has said that the new product is suitable for investments in both 2nd pillar vested benefits and 3rd pillar private pensions. It has added that the pension capital will be invested and managed in accordance with BVV 2 (Ordinance on Occupational Retirement, Survivors’ and Disability Pension Plans) investment regulations.
