CUBG uniquely provides its more than 500 credit union members with both lending and deposit business services, as well as with comprehensive educational tools. The CUSO aims to automate workflows and gain access to a more efficient and informative operating environment.

CUBG expects nCino’s Bank Operating System to better manage critical multistep workflows with more consistency, streamline reporting and equip users with complete, accurate information when they need it.

nCino’s Bank Operating System combines customer relationship management (CRM), business process management and reporting for CUBG, all within a single, secure cloud environment.

CUBG CEO Larry Middleman said: “nCino is a big step toward enabling us to pull together data and functions and increase efficiency in our operations. We carefully consider the most cost effective solutions to operate a successful organization and to extend quality service to our members. nCino’s platform accomplishes all of these needs; it’s a large toolbox filled with instruments and resources we can use in a variety of ways.”

nCino regional vice president of credit unions Corinne Kalsky said: “CUBG is well-known for its leadership in business lending, so its decision to now incorporate nCino as part of the organization’s strategy is a compliment to our team.

“We have seen powerful results from each of our distinct CUSO relationships, which all have very different uses for our technology. Partnering with these entities is proving successful in supporting a range of credit unions with a comprehensive platform to suit their needs, regardless of their experience level or portfolio size.”
