Duff & Phelps Corporation, a global independent financial advisory and investment banking firm, has expanded its investment banking segment with the appointment of Michael Cochrane as leader of the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory practice and the addition of seven new managing directors: Frédéric Dubuisson, Philippe Nataf, Raymond Kane, Michael Guptan, Glen Clarke, Chip Wahle and Robert Nabholz.

In addition to leading the M&A practice for the firm, Mr.Cochrane will also leverage his experience in technology, information, communications and entertainment.
