The new mobile centric service will enhance market penetration of eServGlobal in developing countries, which is specialized in mobile money solutions and value-added services (VAS).

Under the program, consumers can avail secured access to cash through a mobile phone, claims eServGlobal.

Wincor Nixdorf head of mobile money projects Hermann Salmen said that the integration of ATMs and mobile money services is a central step in the development of an end-to-end solution because it links the world of cash to the eco-system of mobile financial services.

The solution will be launched on 27 February 2012 at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Wincor Nixdorf operates more than 100 countries globally, with its own subsidiary companies in 42 of these, where it providers IT solutions and services to retailers and retail banking.
