Interim CEO Frank Petrilli, who has served since August 2012, will continue as chairman, according to the company.
Most recently, Idzik was serving as group chief executive of DTZ Holdings in London. He also worked at Barclays for 10 years, including as group chief operating officer (COO) and COO of Barclays Capital.
In his tenure with the British bank, he managed all important functional units, such as information technology and operations, HR, corporate communications, sourcing and procurement.
Idzik spent more than a decade with Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was a partner in the Financial Services practice, advising retail, commercial, and investment banks on strategy and performance enhancement.
