European digital banking solutions provider Finshape has entered into a strategic collaboration with Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista Systems).

This collaboration was announced during the Gulf Cooperation Council (GITEX) Global 2025 event.

The alliance is expected to open up new avenues in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, enabling banks to offer tailored customer experiences.

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa, which has a regional footprint and access to a local technology workforce, brings to the table its experience in creating “secure and scalable” tech platforms for the financial industry.

It claims to have been instrumental in the digital transformation journeys of several Middle Eastern banks, delivering “end-to-end services” that blend industry knowledge with engineering skills.

Finshape’s contribution to the partnership is its AI-ready digital bank operating system (DBOS), which integrates information technology (IT) and business processes to facilitate a consistent customer experience across all channels.

The system boasts “AI-driven personalisation” and a “future-proof architecture” that enables banks’ autonomy and freedom from vendor constraints.

Finshape partnership director and CSO Alain Vansnick said: “Our partnership with Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista Systems) opens a new chapter in Finshape’s journey across the GCC.

“With Systems’ regional expertise and strong engineering talent, and Finshape’s proven digital banking expertise, we’re set to help banks deliver customer experiences that truly engage and empower customers in every interaction with the bank.”

The collaboration is expected to drive forward digital transformation initiatives, develop solutions centred around the customer, and improve the agility of banks in adapting to market and consumer trends.

Additionally, the partnership is committed to fostering local tech ecosystems through the exchange of technology and expertise.

Middle East & Africa at Systems Limited (Techvista Systems) general manager Khurram Majeed said: “Finshape’s deep domain expertise and AI-driven innovation align seamlessly with our vision to reshape how financial institutions approach digital transformation.

“As the GCC banking landscape evolves at a transformative pace, institutions need partners who not only understand technology, but also the nuances of customer behaviour, regulatory frameworks, and operational resilience.”
