According to the bank, the solution is user-friendly can be integrated with its Jack Henry’s Silverlake platform, without performing any major change.
Commenting on the new partnership with ORCC, First Command Bank president David White said the bank worked with ORCC for many years, but during a recent evaluation of its core systems the bank decided to evaluate all of its systems and technologies to ensure its customers were receiving the best service possible.
"After the evaluation, it was clear that ORCC was still the best provider for our needs. Architect offers us the configurability and flexibility we need, especially while we change core systems. We can mimic our current system’s look and feel to limit the changes from our customers’ perspective, maintaining excellent service," White added.
The new solution will empower the bank to offer customers services such as online account opening, personal financial management, one-to-one marketing, and social media integration.
