First American Payment Systems, a US-based merchant credit card processer, has acquired Vancouver-based payment processing company, International Automated Transaction Service (IATS), a division of Ticketmaster Canada and a provider of integrated end-to-end donation processing solutions for nonprofit organizations.
IATS currently provides payment processing solutions to more than 9,000 nonprofit organizations in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and New Zealand. It helps nonprofit organizations save time and money on fundraising with its solutions.
