The independent community lender said that the new technology, which is based on open architecture with customer-centric design, will offer faster, real-time, personalized services.
FNCB chief retail banking & operations officer Joseph Earyes said, "The flexible, open architecture and real-time, person-centric design provided by DNA will help us deliver more personalized products and services while building long-lasting relationships with our customers."
Supported by an extendable relational data model, DNA allows FNCB’s staff to securely view complete profiles of their retail and commercial customers.
FNCB information services senior vice president Paul Dunda said, "With DNA, built-in features and modern technology will allow us to harmonize the connections among our online, ATM and debit card, and telephone banking channels, thereby increasing efficiency and creating a more unified customer experience."
The bank will also have access to the DNAcreator development toolkit, which allows bank IT professionals to build and market custom core extensions called DNAapps to other financial institutions through the DNAappstore.
Other Fiserv technologies to be implemented include Publisher and Report Writer to extend business intelligence capabilities, Opencheck: Consumer Capture, Accel payments network, Debit Processing, UChoose Rewards, Prologue, and Frontier Reconciliation, among others.
