Global Hunter Securities has opened a new office in Los Angeles and appointed Steve Sebastian as managing director and co-head of financial advisory and restructuring services. He will join Jeff Zolkin, MD, in opening the Los Angeles office and co-heading financial advisory and restructuring services.
Mr Sebastian has completed more than 140 advisory, financing and restructuring transactions across multiple industries. Prior to joining Global Hunter Securities, he served as a group co-head at Chanin Capital Partners.
