InspirePay founder and CEO Mark Fischer said that the hub enables users to create a payment page, brand, customize and connect their payment methods under a fully open network with Application Programming Interface.

InspirePay is a startup company financed in part by Boulder’s new venture capital firm, Tiforp Business Ventures fund. Tiforp is focused on social media and payments investments including several smartphone applications.
