Luup, a global provider of mobile payment solutions, has announced that it is working with MoneyGram, to create a mobile remittance service utilising MoneyGram’s global agent network of over 180,000 agent locations and Luup’s mobile payments solutions.
Reportedly, the planned service will offer agents and their customers, a mode of sending money around the world regardless of the mobile phone or network. The company has added that it enables banks, corporate customers and institutions to offer mobile payment processing, mobile payment interfaces and virtual mobile phone accounts.
