The company said it has combined the new platform with existing UltraData Enterprise Core platform, which will improve efficiency and enable the institution to better service members seeking information.
Integrated solutions from Harland, including UltraData Enterprise CRM, Cavion Internet Banking, Cavion Voice Banking, Cavion Mobile Banking, Cavion Bill Pay and ActiveView Content Management, have also been selected by the financial institution.
Members Heritage Credit Union president Patrick Ferry said implementing UltraData Enterprise Core and the additional integrated solutions from Harland Financial Solutions reaffirms their commitment to providing the members with the best service.
"Not only will we be able to offer them more self-service opportunities with a consistent experience across all channels, but we will also be able to attract new members from desirable demographic segments that will represent the credit union member base of tomorrow, ensuring our financial strength well into the future," Ferry said.
Kentucky-based Members Heritage Credit Union manages $300m in assets, and serves its members across the US.
