Ms Lilek is currently CFO for DSC Logistics. At Midwest Banc Holdings, she will be responsible for all internal and external reporting, capital planning, profitability and budgeting, investor relations and merger and acquisition analysis.
Ms Lilek has received her bachelor of business administration degree from Loyola University of Chicago and earned her master of business administration degree from the University of Chicago.
As part of this internal reorganization, Daniel Kadolph, the company’s former CFO, will assume the responsibilities of the newly created position of executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
Mr Kadolph will be responsible for audit, compliance, human resources and risk management. In addition, he will lead any future merger integrations that we may have. Effective March 1, 2008, John Pelling will assume responsibility for Midwest’s investor relations program, reporting to Ms Lilek, as well as continuing to assist on special credit administration assignments.
