The bank said that the new office will enable it to build closer relationships with the clients and business partners in Asia while strengthening Bank’s considered growth in the region.
MIG Bank chief executive officer Hisham Mansour said the representative office in Asia will help to facilitate smoother communications with Asia-based clients and business partners in their own languages and time zones and also be able to offer assistance to the Asia account management team in Switzerland.
The new office will market its banking services in Hong Kong and function as a liaison between the Bank and its local customers in accordance with the local regulations, claims MIG Bank.
MIG Bank operates in 120 geographies across the globe and provides online foreign exchange (FX), contracts for difference (CFDs) and bullion trading, as well as an expanding range of banking services.
