Mediterranean Smart Cards Company (MSCC) has signed an agreement with National Commercial Bank of Libya to provide issuing, ATM and POS support for its 70 branches.
Reportedly, the bank has a current client base of approximately 550,000 and an ATM network of 30 machines across Libya with plans to expand to 100 ATMs by 2010.
MSCC has said that the agreement between with National Commercial Bank of Libya follows the recent announcement of MSCC, to provide smart card processing and operational support services to 40 banks across Africa over the coming 3 years. These agreements are in line with MSCC’s business strategy to provide expertise to clients on an international scale.
