The newly hired executives include John Lee, Maria Neary and Brian Donovan as wealth advisors and Marisa Facciolo as wealth strategist.
Lee will join Northern Trust as a senior vice president and wealth advisor in the New York office. Lee is a lead relationship manager for high net worth individuals, families and endowment & foundation clients. He will bring 23 years of asset management and client relationship experience to the role.
Previously, Lee was a managing director at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in New York. Before BBH, he spent seven years at US Trust Company of New York in the asset management group.
Neary will join as a senior vice president and wealth advisor in the New York office. She is responsible for delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions to high net worth individuals and families.
Previously, she led Geller Family Office Services, a multi-family office providing wealth management services to private clients, as well as member of the firm’s investment committee. Previous roles include chief operating officer at Braun Business Management and senior relationship manager at JP Morgan Private Bank.
Donovan will join as a senior vice president and wealth advisor in the Connecticut office. He designs estate and financial plans for high net worth individuals and families. Most recently, Donovan was a senior manager in Ernst & Young’s Personal Financial Services Group. He has experience with tax and wealth transfer planning for entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy individuals and families.
Facciolo will join as vice president and wealth strategist in the Delaware office. Facciolo specializes in new business development throughout the Northeast region.
Prior to Northern Trust, Facciolo worked for Wilmington Trust where she served as a vice president and senior private client advisor within the wealth advisory services division.
Northern Trust president and CEO of Personal Financial Services in the Northeast Jeff Kauffman said as the business accelerates, the company plan to make more additions to the existing pool of expertise in areas such as financial planning, portfolio management, fiduciary services and private banking.
