ERA is an engineering asset integrity business based in UK, providing consultancy services from its five business units: AccessERA, EMC and Radiocomms, Engineering Consultancy Services, Reliability and Failure Analysis, and Safety Engineering.

Currently, ERA has around 100 staff from its Leatherhead facilities in the UK, and provides technical consultancy services to owners and operators of large-value capital assets, infrastructure and systems.

ERA said that the transaction will help the company, to provide high quality services, help clients reduce technical and commercial risk, improve operational performance, and develop and enhance the competitiveness of their assets, products and systems.

edif Group CEO Rob Dilworth said that the group has been working alongside the team at Phoenix for several months to develop the business plan, and believe that they will be strong and enthusiastic partners as edif look to execute the plan and build the business.
