Ndebele has over 13 years of experience in financial services, combining work in asset management, private equity and as a sell-side analyst, also having acted as an advisor on economic issues to the new unity government in Zimbabwe.
She began her career on Deutsche Bank’s equity research team in Johannesburg and at Goldman Sachs Asset Management in London, later joining Investec Asset Managers in Cape Town.
She was a founding member and partner of Afena Capital, a firm that offers specialist equity and balanced portfolios serving the South African institutional market.
Most recently she served as a senior investment officer at Africap Microfinance Investment Company, in Johannesburg.
